Today in history?

On May 2, 2011, the United States sent special forces to take down Osama Bin Laden, the leader of Al Qaeda. Thousands of innocent men, women, and children died because of his actions, and their deaths shall not be forgotten. Bin Laden has been connected to:

• The terrorist explosion at the World Trade Center on February 26, 1993
• The terrorist bombing of the Khobar military complex in Saudi Arabia on November 13, 1995
• The terrorist bomb that devastated the US Embassy in Tanzania on August 15, 1998
• The terrorist bomb that struck the USS Cole on October 12, 2000
• The terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon, and the hijacking of Flight 93 on September 11, 2001
